A 1 bedroom ground floor flat in a modern converted building, just 5 minutes' walk away from Walmgate Bar, part of the historic City Walls. Recently renovated and pleasantly bright, with a newly fitted kitchen and bathroom.
The space
Rear garden with outdoor seating which can be enjoyed all year round. There is a communal entrance which is shared with only two other flats.
Nice and bright open plan living kitchen space with a breakfast bar. Newly fitted kitchen which includes electric oven and hob, under counter fridge freezer, washer-dryer, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine with complimentary starter coffee pods. The breakfast bar seats two and makes a lovely social atmosphere when cooking. Enjoy the mod-cons of a smart HD TV with Netflix, Prime Video and Freeview Play (with catch-up TV).
Double bedroom with a fitted double wardrobe with sliding doors and full length mirror. Brand new bathroom with three-piece suite. Large walk in shower, toilet and sink with vanity unit.
Hallway cupboard with storage for shoes and coats. The hallway is generously spaced so I decided to make a corner into a little office space.
Exterior: Front yard cycle rack storage space to cater for those who wish to explore Yorkshire by bike! There is free on street parking in the neighbourhood! Even if you do not arrive by car there is an option to rent with Enterprise Car Club which is only a 5 minute walk away.

Street parking is free but the street is narrow in places so please be mindful of this. There is free adjacent street parking too. Nearby car parks are 5 minutes' walk away: Regency Car Park, Barbican Road, YO10 5AA / Peel Street Car Park, 4 Peel Street, YO10 4UX / Q Park Barbican, Kent Street, YO10 4AH.
