If booking The Annex only:
You will have exclusive use of the 2-bedroom Annex, including your games area with pool table, private garden, and exclusive-use hot tub. You are also welcome to enjoy the wider 2.5-acre grounds shared with the Main House, which may be occupied by other guests.
Self check-in with a secure key box or personal welcome (depending on booking type and arrival time). Guests will receive full arrival instructions and a digital welcome guide before their stay.
